Non-Negotiable When Starting A Business

When I think about starting a business, I really can only think of one non-negotiable, and that non-negotiable is directly tied to your cofounder. Before even starting a company it is a non-negotiable that you learn more about your cofounders personal life, financial motivations, and goals, while also making sure that cofounder balances your inefficiencies. Lastly, you need to sit down with that cofounder and come up with an equity split that matches what each of you bring to the table! Also, I briefly touch on: (1) What takes up too much of my time and (2) What the best way is for me to start my day.
